mod pack (making)

i am going to make a mod pack. it will start on the T. and R. and end at the maw The library isnt part of this mod. this will be a combonation mod pack (there is no spacific mod theme). the point is im going to make a level like this mod http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=13033 . but i cant decide what level to do it for. T.B. and T and R are take. plz help me pick what level to do.
