exploding bullets?

exploding bullets?
Is it possible to make bullets that will have some sort of explosion but not do a lot of damage, but it would only explode on impact with a target, jnot the wall. basically alowing you to tell if you hit or missed.

or you can just listen for the little beep when you shoot someone and damage them, or maybe you can look for some sparks to come off of them b/c of the bullet

I think you have no idea what they're talking about.
Batch extract the map, take rocket explosion.effe.meta and .xml from weapon\effects\rocket launcher and put them in weapon\pistol\effects. Rename it to "impact cyborg armour" and copy it again and name it "impact cyborg shield" (delete the old ones first) then open up both of those .xml's. Edit the lines that say:
<Tagclass>!tpj
