It's called a Xbox USB Adapter thingy...and it requires a driver so it will recognize the xbox controller. [That is software, probably comes with it or you can get it from a site]
One,
two,
three,
four,
five,
six[requires steady hands].

The up button goes forward, left button strafes left, right strafes right, down goes backwards, the left thumbstick is the running and strafing, the right thumbstick is to aim(you can have it either inverted or not) the A button jumps, the B button Melees, the Y button switches weapons, the X button reloads and picks up weapons. The Start button Pauses or in MP brings up the leave game menu, the back button is to show your score in MP. The Black button switches grenades and the white button is your flashlight. And of course the right trigger is to fire your weapon and the left one throws grenades. Thats all of them. These are the default settings, the ones I think a lot of people use. There are other settings too (like boxer and southpaw).
