HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

My neighbors got an Xbox and Halo at launch, and they occasionally played it. I remember watching them play though Two Betrayals. Of course, at the time, Starcraft was WAY better.

Maybe a bit later, my cousin brought over her Xbox and Halo, and I just messed around on Bloodgulch with a hog, and New Year's 2002/2003, I played it at my cousins' friend's house (Who, by a staggering series of coincidences, was the older brother of my soon-to-be best friend. Yeeeeaaahh....)

Christmas, 2001. Friend got it for X Box and invited me and a few friends over to play. His older brother just gave up playing Splinter cell after getting his ass beat bad by the CIA, and tossed the sticks to us. First kill in halo was myself, i got a hog sideways, bailed, and killed myself with it. I first played through the campaign on PC after I picked a copy up at Costco Bargain bin because someone instead of purchasing Halo 2 XBox copies purchased Halo PC copies. Got it for 10 bucks. Played it on normal and only played it once. but played Multiplayer for about...a year. Only played Halo 2 once or twice on XBox, never got H2V, and never played Halo 3 or multiplayer on either.

First time... My first time was at my friend's sleepover party. They were playing Halo 2 and it looked really fun. So I decided to play and had a blast. It was back in 2005 I believe. I then bought the game about 2 years later along with Halo 1. I enjoyed them both. I found out about modding and it led to even more great experiences.

I played Halo 1 two months ago, I had an old PC so i didn't know anything about Halo until i saw some halo kitty cat dance ....And I don't have a vista or XBox...you known the rest

I played Halo 2 before the first, when I did play Halo 1, I actually hated it because of the horrible tag settings, but I grew into it. I believe that was 2004.

I played Halo for the first time at a friend's house in '03. Two years we got a new mac for christmas('05), and I ordered Halo with it(yes I hadn't played halo for about 2 years). I beat campaign on heroic and then legendary. That spring we finally upgraded from dial-up. I played my first online game. I had never experienced anything like it. I hear about modding online, I joined HaloDev then Halomods.

I played Halo for the first time when I got my first Xbox when I was 13. I thought it was so hard to play at first because that was actually the first FPS I ever played on a console. I pretty much shit myself when I first met with the flood. I actually needed help on the end with the Maw run.

The first time played halo is when i got the game with my first xbox. I called it "Jack" yea its a gay name but it was the name of one of my friends that moved to America and I was sad and all i could think of was "Jack". so anyway as soon as i saw the covenant I practicly sh** myself LAUGHING!!!1! But whwn i got to 343 guiltyspark level i also sh** myself of scaryness of the flood!!!1! HAHAHAHAHA Yea good times.
