No...
It's from when Kurt says "Don't you know? Spartans never die" before blowing himself up in the books. It refers to the fact that, for morale's sake, they never list Spartans as KIA, only MIA.

Did he not survive in the original Halo? I thought Halo CE didn't have the campaign. I am confused.
He's saying CE as 'Combat Evolved'. I get that mixed up sometimes as well.
Why can't peoplez just say 'Halo one' or 'Halo Xbox'? Halo CE is the actual name for Custom Edition.
Maybe it´s not only for xbox and maybe all knows the name combat evolved who is saying "yesterday I played Halo one!" you could only say Halo zero to halo zero but not Halo one to Halo combat evolved!!!

What?
Wait, can't we just call it Halo PC for combat evolved and Halo custom edition Halo CE?
How about Halo? I mean, thats a great name for a game. Seeing how the First Halo Video Game wasn't solely released on PC, but also on Microsoft's XBox too.
This is a stupid argument. It was clarified early, now stop arguing. The first game was titled Halo: Combat Evolved. That is the name, and it is reasonable to abbreviate that. Take your stupid argument to Gearbox.
