It's from when Kurt says "Don't you know? Spartans never die" before blowing himself up in the books. It refers to the fact that, for morale's sake, they never list Spartans as KIA, only MIA.

How about Halo? I mean, thats a great name for a game. Seeing how the First Halo Video Game wasn't solely released on PC, but also on Microsoft's XBox too.

This is a stupid argument. It was clarified early, now stop arguing. The first game was titled Halo: Combat Evolved. That is the name, and it is reasonable to abbreviate that. Take your stupid argument to Gearbox.
