question about servers

hey.
this might be a rediculous question but you guys seem to know alot about halo so i'll ask.. is there anyway to search the servers for an individual person? if not maybe a mod that can allow you to do this.

i want to say that there is a buddy list program out there but i havnt seen anything to search for someone though

I think theres a buddy list built into gamespy shitcade, but only in the seperate program
