fraps problem

i have had fraps for about a month and while recording videos it has been fine. yesturday i got a new video card and now when i try to recorn difeo itlaggs really bad. ??

Try fiddling around with the framerate on both Halo and Fraps. And as I ask everyone that asks stuff related to viewing... what video card u got?

totally random answer, but try changing the fps (in Halo) from 30 to no vsync (if u havent already)
it speeds up Halo quite a bit
