HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have noticed a few games being hosted online, that when you try to join, put up a message saying "waiting for new game to start".
Is this an option somewhere in the settings or a console command?
I have also recently messaged someone who says he was sitting online as host waiting for us to join his game, wondering where we all were; when we were all stuck outside in the gamespy lobby getting the "waiting for new game" message.

Anyone have the info on how to check / change this?

This happens when you try to join a game that has ended and the people that are in the game are looking at the postgame report that shows who got the most scores, kills, ect. They, like you are waiting for the next game to start.

This is what happens when you are trying to join a game that has ended and the host won't start it cuz the guy's afk or something.

AAH! That explains it....
This idiot is sitting there waiting for us all to join before starting the game, instead of letting us into an MP map and then restarting it.
