I need help with how to ban people please help me!

i need help banning people so i can ban the laggers
if anyone knos how to do this please tell me in detail!

Make a shortcut to Halo on your desktop
Right Click, and go down to properties
After target. Add a space and type
-Console
Now load up Halo. Start a server.
So if a players lagging or you dont want him to play,ect...
Press the tilda key `(above tab)
In the Halo console. Type
sv_players
1. spartan30066
2. Yomama
3. New001
Now all the players are listed. Find the player you want baned or kickeds number. Sol lets say you want to Kick New001. His number is 3
In the Halo console, type
sv_kick 3
if you would like to ban him, type
sv_ban 3
Or, if you dont like the number system. Just type thier name
sv_ban New001

To see all of the commands press tab. If you want to see all commands that start with A. Type
A
and press tab
ect.....

cant u just press tab and itll all be listed?
(how do u use the sv_rcon_password??? for some reason, it doesnt work, for my friend...)

yes but most wont show, or will overlap. There are hundreds of commands, all dont fit on the screen at one time.
type
cls to clear the screen (in cast its buggin you)
