HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I got an Intel 2.4, with 1 mg of cache. 512 mgs DDR, an Asus P4P800S-X.
and a 256 mg ATI Radeon 9600Pro PowerColor. I run Halo at about an average of 27 FPS. Im running at 640X480, and all settings on high. Including specular.

Here is what Timedemo.txt said

I was just wounder if that a normal frame rate for waht kinda video card and computer that I have.
