Halo Updating Desktop System.

I have decided to run a halo updating wallpaper system.
How does this work?
You put a certain html file as your desktop wallpaper. This file loads an iframe which is on a CL Database. Everytime one member of CL wants to update, they can update by changing a certain file, in the CL Database.
Does this slow my PC down?
By a miner Fraction. It does not take any on screen memory
This project would work on a 2mhz machine.
What Internet Connection do I need?
I recommend anything higher than 56K, otherwise it will show a White Screen for around 10 seconds, While it loads images and text. 155K is good, 300K [what I am using] Is nice.
Why do my icons have funny backgrounds on the text?
This is because your desktop icons don't know what colour to load. They are steps on the html file, also in the read me of what to do to get your icons looking neat. Also heres a tip: Less icons, faster your PC is because your PC isn't looking for a whole bunch of targets everytime you minimise.

Looks like its just an active desktop item to me. What's this got to do with Halo anyway?

to me it looks like your pc must be hella slow with all those shortcuts on your desktop? lmao you people need to tidy up..i have a total of 5 folders/programs on my desktop...yours has like 50...eww

Erm.. its Halo Updating news...A team are working with me for it. And yeah its an active desktop. (web page)... point?

My whole screen has shorcuts on it.It gets confusing lol

Okay, if you were smart to notice, one image out of the 3 was not Sion's...one desktop image out of the 3 was mine...lol anywayz, yeah...sion worked hard on this, and in my opinion, i think it's a very clever idea...you can see the latest updates of the site, rather than bothering to open IE...just a little quickie you can refer to...

Update is going to go down, and re open soon as another version of the system is out, with more graphics.. This possibly will be midday Sunday!
