Help With Video Editing

I am new at vidieo editing, and I was wondering if some of you could lend some knowledge. I wanted to crop the video so that the HUD and weapon arent showing(like in red vs. blue)does anyone know of a program that makes it easy to do this? ANY INPUT APPRECIATED!

there is a really nice mod at the files forum that will remove all of the hud, so you dont have to crop! It should be somewhere in the movies section I believe, you have to try it out.

In red vs blue it looks more like they put black here the hud is.
It can make your movie look good.
Or just get that movie mod for no-hud.

dont do very many snap right to different frames...
use lots of transittions and sounds.
