i have recently heard that halo 2 will come out on pc early next year i am not sure yet but thats what i no so far

just think about it... halo PC was a big hit rrriiiggghhttt??? so sinve halo pc made lots of money then theyll make halo 2 for pc too. also y wouldnt they??? its rele not that hard. they just gotta change the maps a little maybe and there ya go halo 2 for pc.

they'd be idiots not to make it for PC. Doing so would help make even more PC gamers get an X-Box.

i say noobs. it wont happen. and weve ha ddisscusions about this. bungie swaid they WILL NOT make it for pc becaus eof graphics/video problems. they would need a loweest qulity of radeon xt. and that would be like playing halopc/ce with a (insert bad graphics card here) and then more better video cards. wich i really know nothing of......

Ideas about Halo 2 ending.. Well first the Covenant bumped into us in space.. Then they attack Earth.. I think that once the Master Cheif holds off the attack on earth(after dying 473 times on Legendary), he will press the attack on the Covenant homeworld. Woo! Go MC!

no. it will not be coming out for pc. period. i know they are stupid to not make it for pc, but its true, and most of you know it. and yes, there IS proof that there will not be. Halo 2 is XBOX Compatible only.
Halo 1 was XBOX/PC/MAC Compatible

They said halo was an pc only game when it was first mentioned but microsoft waved a couple thousand dollars in front of them and look what happen. Plus they are stating from current graphic cards...in the year 2007 graphic cards will be more available to do such proformance enhances included in halo2. Can't really believe what a company says until the that time comes out. They have been known to change there mind. But then again the deciding factor is how much money will be involved into making a pc version...will the demand be enough to make a profit such as halo 2 on xbox? And will the cost of making be low enough to mass produce/market/sell for pc with low and high standards for people with high and low PCs. It all comes down to money besides it always involves gearbox also remember.

well, guys, you have to realize that halo was for XBOX, not PC, they only made it for PC cus it did well on xbox, so they will have to test it on xbox first....PC is more of a secondary choice...

I don't ever remember them saying that. And there are
plenty of PCs that have much better hardware than an XBOX.
But no, Halo2 is intended for XBOX and made that way. There's a chance that it'll be ported though. I just hope Gearbox isn't picked again.

look, everybody, lets all think about this... microsoft im sure could make halo 2 for pc, but, hmmmm, who the hell would buy it?! only the rich ass ppl would be able to afford the graphics card, if one that good is even out! microsoft will not release it any time soon, i agree with firetoy, id ive it another 3 or so years and itll be out im sure, but dont even dream of it now. though im a pc user, and i am kicking the wall because there isnt going to be a halo 2 for pc, but at least i accept the truth... *weeps*

I strongly believe that they will be releasing Halo 2 on PC, but it wont be anytime soon.
Bungie says... "Halo 2 will be out for XBOX only at this time."
notice the "at this time."
Microsoft wants $$$$
they do anything for $$$$
it wont be out soon but eventually will be out!

2006 NO WAY i heard that it will come out early 2005 not 2006 they pretty much probly have to convert it from xbox to pc and add multiplayer and crap
