hmm, technically his combot suit could be considered robotic equipment. It contains computing equipment for an AI, a power-supply, 'movement enhancors,' and a frigging force-field. seeing as how his non-standard nueral inteface effectively makes him one with the suit, he is a cyborg when wearing his armor, but is just a biologically augmented human without it.

Your half right. He does just have armor but the cyborg part is the implants in his head that connect him to his suit. Anyway cyborg is just the term the biped is called

biped/cyborg

He is a semi-tall, strong, muscley, white person, with a deep voice. (book) The only strange or not normal for a normal person is his implants in the back of his head, unless hair covers it. (actualy hair doesn't cover it because of military regulation)

hes a fricking cyborg!!! all his armor and $hit is attatched xept his helmet and in poa after u talk to keyes it says "Cyborgs and Constructs first" if hes not the Cyborg then who is?!?!?

First of all. NO ROBOTIC IMPLANTS = NO CYBORG

Second. LOTS AND LOTS OF PAINFUL SURGERY = JUST HUMAN THAT's REALLY FRIGGIN' STRONG AND BIG WITH FRIGGIN GOOD REFLEXES.

NO ONE's a Cyborg, keyes says that in an incorrect reference to MC's augmentation.
If anybody who says that MC's a cyborg, they should get smart and go straight to Bungie's FAQ page. If it's not there, email them. They'll tell you otherwise.

Its called MJOLNIR if I remember correctly. I should, I just finished The Fall of Reach. And he is all human. He just wears the MJOLNIR armour. Just thought I'd say.

Must I repeat myself? Neural IMPLANTS are CYBERNETIC. Which, for all you idiots, means he is a CYBORG. He is a human with injections, but also with implants. He is a human powerhouse with robot implants, making him a cyborg. Case settled.
