Good Movie Editing Program(not windows mm)

Can anyone tell me a good movie editor because i'm trying to make a movie out of my oversized never-exploding grenades and the fraps videos are too fast. I need to slow the video down.

Are you useing Fraps demo or retail vertion. I have the demo. I DON'T WANT TO SPEND 30$ ON FRAPS!

its real easy, if fraps it has record rate and choices of like 10-30fps, put it lower and it'll look better
