Injecting extra weapons

Ok heres the deal ive managed to add a 2nd rocket launcher to my nightwinder map with an extra projectile.
I injected over an effect then shifted it into the weapon tag in hht and fixed the deps.
Then took a piece of scenery in hmt and shifted that (blue beacon) into the weapon tag.
I then swapped the piece of scenery for the new rocket launcher so i could move it about in spark edit.
I place the weapon and boot the map.
To my surprise the weapon is there and it works as intended BUT and heres the problem.
If you dont pick it up within 30 seconds is dissapears and will not respawn
like its been dropped by someone swapping a weapon or a body dropping its stuff.
Any help please im talking POKECANCER someone has to know.

In multiplayer, weapons refresh in the place where they spawn after some time if you pick it up or not, and the old weapon that was there disappears. I don't know why this happens, but it does. You would some how have to be able to have the new rocket launcher keep respawning. Didn't someone have vehicles keep respawning in an AI mod...

I think that's what it is...

Its because the weapon doesn't have its own Item Collection Meta file. A weapon needs this file to respawn. This is how in AI mods, the AI respawn.

Yah i know i injected the data for the rocket launcher and renamed it so it should work.
also ive tryed it with and origonal weapon and the same thing happens it just dissapears.
