Ghost Booster Idea

I had an idea after watching the Halo2 multiplayer video from e3
If you've seen it you'll know that the ghost will have a `booster' when you pull the left trigger

You might be able to do this in Halo 1 if you set the ghost to have a secondary fire (like the imported banshees do), but have it fire an invisible projectile backwards which explodes with large force (but no damage)
(also ppl standing behind you would be thrown :))
If this was timed and aimed right, we could have a constant booster effect when you pull the left trigger.

I would try this but I can't get the .net runtimes working on my computer, which seem needed for almost all the tools (and I probably don't know enough to do it)

So if theres anyone out there who wants to give it a shot, please do!

if u got windows u can go to system update and get the .net framework from there..... i had same prob but now my progs work fine

wouldnt a explosion behind you make ur ghost fly forwards and front flip?

cool, could you put up a ppf? for either bloodgulch ntsc or pal?

and did you try adding any light effects to it?, maybe you could get a blueish glow ?? ;)
