xbox LAN and system link questions

I would like to play with some halo mods running from my xbox only, however whenever I try to play system link with my friends it comes out of sync.
Is there a list of mods that are compatiable with only working on a single xbox without making the xboxes go out of sync?

BLAM!!! You can only use bitmap changing mods for Halo LAN. Try changing the force and damage of a weapon in HCE and then hosting a game!

yes indeed it will go out of snyc. Even if you change bitmaps they only show up on your xbox anyway unless the person is running them to. get it right then talk.

i kinda understand, so any type of mod except bitmap, will make it come out of sync, correct? I still dont know what "BLAM" is. But I am going to put it in the acronym finder after I post this.

You can change scope ranges too i believe, but thats pretty much it. O yeah... sounds i think too.
