PAL Halo to NTSC Halo

Is it possible to change PAL halo on yer Xbox into NTSC halo just by using a program / swapping some files? Or do i just have to buy an NTSC version in order to play the better mods available on NTSC version?

as far as i kno u would have to buy ntsc cuz PAL and NTSC are different video formats or something and they have different framerates, so i dont think it would be possible to just convert the game to ntsc with some program

look for the pal to ntsc patches
they will patch your xbe, ui and bloodgulch files to ntsc
check on www.halo-skins.com or the files section here (in the pal downloads)
