Does anyone have a DL 4 NMP 2, CXE 1, HMPi FOR DOWNLOAD

I have CXE1 but i would like the pack where the two are merged together. The link on the forum for it doesnt work. I DL is and it asks for a password to unrar it. And help or a link would be nice. thank you.
