HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

G'day, guys; I have seen out there on the big ole' WWW a way to alter ones' PAL version of Halo to an NTSC one, basically allowing you to run all these wonderful NTSC mods on our humble British/Australian machines. I am aware that the process takes several patches (the ui, etc., have to be changed) but I cannot for the life of me track the information down again.

Any help?
