can someone get the new york mod for halo 2 and chang it to a map becasue i cant mod and wait make it for ce i want to try this stuff

For one thing, this is the wrong forum. Another, we can't give you the entire map since that would be copyright infringement, and it is the property of Bungie/Microsoft.
