editing all maps at once - batch editing

is there a way to batch edit tags using dothalo or something similar? for either halo 1 or 2

say, i want to change all the jpt tags for cyborg melee to increase the force.

is there a way to globally edit all maps at the same time?

or do i just need to go in and edit each file individually?
