Host Help?!

I know there is a file on your xbox that keeps record of your host and i wanted to know what that is, and if it can be deleted/ wiped clean. The reason i ask is because i resently upgraded my internet connection from 150 kbps ubload to a 950 kbps one. And i dont get host any more often. If you think i intend to use this to get host in MM and mod think again. I am a legit player and hate cheaters as much as you all. If you dont believe me send a FR to i cut u up or check my games i would be more than happy to play a game of MLG or THC with you.
