HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Okay I've been playing around with halo for a couiple of days and was wondering how do you add diif. colors and change the apperence of vechicles like add wings to the warthog and so on my main concern is adding colors to the warthogs and ghost and master chief. Please help me atleast tell me what I need and where to get it thanks.

go and get the program in the dl section called hmt then extract all bitmaps, then use the dds plugin for photoshop to import and then edit, and reinject through hmt... k?

I downloaded it and when i try to open the halomaptools.exe i get a error sayin the app. failed to initialize properly click okay to termante.

you need to get a new microsoft frameworks (eveyone here had that problem)
