Wich program do i use for skinning ?

use hmt to get the bitmap then use photoshop or a diff prog to edit the skin and then inject it bac in with hmt

but how do i use hmt wich map should i load ?

any map you want to
say bloodgulch, load that with hmt export the bitmap edit it with photoshop then inject again
its all up to you really
