Help the newb!!! PLZ

I just recently installed my modchip on my xbox but when I tried to install the dashboard using the cd image It wouldnt load all the way. It would bring up the xbox screen like it does when you put in a game before the game actually starts but then brings up a can't read cd message. I have heard that xbox's are extremely picky with the type of media used but have tried many different kinds. Can anyone help me with this problem?Sorry if this topic is stupid but i'm a newbie.

ok, this is totally the wrong place to post this. I havent done any xbox modding, but the modchip is in the mail. Anyways, email
[email protected] with a description of ur prob. This guy is a big help w/ modchips - he doesnt do halo modding.
