hi, i need help when i try to make my own mods and i use the program my freind uses witch is DotHalo.......it doesnt work i open it with winrar and then i go to DotHalo.exe so i can try to do the tag editor...but it says_____The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application_____ now i dont know whats up but if this has happened to anyone else i would realy like to know why becuase i want to create my own modded levels please help me.....
