xbox modding tools trouble

how do u get programs on to ur xbox, i heard that u need a router to do it but i dont have one, anyways is their a program like sparkedit to get on ur xbox somehow, i mastered modding on pc, now i wanna do it with xbox, iv been to xbox-scene but i didnt get anything really any help plz.... thanks

well u better go to xbox-scene again because were not really supposed to say how to mod ur xbox
