Replacing MC's head?

Replacing MC's head?

I would like to know if anyone has tried to, and been able to, replace MC's head.

The closest example I can think of would be in FTC 10 where MC's upper body is the ball.

Anyways, I would really appreciate this.
HaloMods.com is like Fight Club...think about it.
