Some things that havnt been adressed...and i would like 2 no

Im really suprised no one has made a tutorial on the following things:
changing speed on a vehicle
duplicating objects
editing guns (like the battle rifle that someone made in a BG patch)
giving vehicles decals (like the mod "Night in BG")
and what i realy want 2 know how to do in hex edit is how to change names...
I know you may think THERE ARE TUTORIALS!!!! but let me tell you there all 4 PC!!! If anyone could help me on anyof these topics could u pm me OR msg me on AIM at ZcOm8 also if you have email im [email protected] ...so i kno u guys r probly gonna flame me and say "look around lazy" but ive been looking and alot of my problems have not been addressed, or they were really crap turoials. I know many newbs (like my self) would be gracious if some one could make tutorials or just bunch all the articals (topics) up and post the links...that would be really great. Well thx 4 reading this whole thing and try to help the newbs become L33t....
