i have my ftp program running now wat??

i am new at this stuff and i cant figure out how to ftp my xbox can some one walk me threw it

okay go to connect for ip type in the ip the default is 192.168.1.101 but thats not mine any and now type for the username xbox and the pass xbox and hit connect thats it
