I GOT PC HOOKED UPTO XBOX WIT SPK-EDT 2.0 NOW WHAT?

I am clueless i only recently caught onto the reputation this site has( a very nice one a tthat) and i have sparkedit and i want to know how to open a ppf nor w/e the file name is from your xbox please enlighten me

Get ppf-omatic 3. Then get a ppf patch, PAL or NTSC depending on where you are. Then patch a cache file, and send back! Easy...

Is there a specific cache file to patch? I grabbes 003 as per the instructions on the site, patched the 200tree.ppf to it, reloaded it onto my xbox. opened BG and nothing is any different? Did I miss something?
