HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

okay, i have been modding halo pc sense it came out, and i decided to switch to xbox last week, so i chose to softmod my box, i downloaded evox, installed all that junk now, i got halo 1 burned to my harddrive...

so i just
-ftped my xbox to comp
-opened my E:\GAMES\HALO\MAPS\ folder on my pc
-then i ppfed this (http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=16609) to the original .map and loaded it and it froze my xbox...

SO WHY DOESN'T MY PPF-ed MAP WORK?!?!?!

-for iso top thing in ppf-o-matic i picked bloodgultch.map
-for patch i chose fy_snow fixed.ppf
-and clicked patch
do i need to resign or something?!?!?!?

your patching your halo pc map with fy_snow right? well xbox and pc maps cant interchange. you have to grab a copy of bloodguclch.map from your xbox patch that and transfer it back

im haveing a problem like this but my xbox is hard modded and ive been modding for a while.I want to know how to mod all 3 games so the last game that i want to mod is halo1 for the xbox.

In stead of burning the game to my xbox i ftped it to my xbox.

I uncompressed the map and modded it compressed it and then overight the map that I put into my xbox but when i go and play ther's nothing changed? Ther is nothing in my X Y or Z drives so can any pne help me would be realy apreciated. thanks :'(

Please don't bump, but try playing a different map, then switching back to the one you modded.

I did and still nothing please help me.
