Any mods to view MP levels in full screen, a la Halo 2?

In Halo 2, if you want to drive around the MP levels on your own, you can, by selecting a level and waiting for the countdown. Then the level starts in full screen mode, so you can check the level out. Is there any way or any hack to do this in PAL Halo 1, other than by plugging a second joypad in? It just seems to wait indefinitely for a second player.

thats cool, did not know that about halo 2. the only thing that i can suggest about the halo 1 problem of urs is, if u want to view the map in full screen mode, then get a router or hub and hook up 2 xbox's and have 1 controller join on one and you on the other...thats the only way that i can think of for you to view it as such.

^yep hes right
