HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, I know everyone is now into h2 modding, but i haven't got my LD copy yet, so i'm still playing halo. Anyway, I have skinned and moddelled a warthog into a flamehog, and given it the flamethrower projectile from CE. (Used from ViperNeo's flamethrower in NMCx).
The gun shoots, but there are no flame effetcs, the flame only shows about five seconds late once its hit something.

same thing happens to me.......someone please help

someone must know what effects etc. i need to swap. - Whatever i do i just get the same result.
