Are there halo 2 map modification programs?

Hey everyone, a friend sent me a multiplayer map of halo 2. Forgot which map though..anyway I'm wondering if there are any programs that can modify maps? I just want to do some minor tweeks then give him back the map. Thanks. Oh and if this breaks any of the rules by all means please mods, delete this thread.

Dont discuss any halo 2 modding here until halo 2 officially comes out. Thats why the halo 2 forum is locked for now. Halo 2 isnt even out and and your asking for a modding program. But to answer your question there isnt any programs yet.
There is a topic about the modding, but Im not sure if its aloud but if you want to dicuss it, I would look here

Now that halo 2 is officially released yes there is a mod tool currently being developed. Im not sure when its due for release but ill post a link when it is. sorry i cant upload an image though cause i dont know how
