ok If I made the rocket launcher shoot a rock can I make the rock keep moving after I shoot it? because it just drops to the ground after I shoot it. I have tried messing with the rocket projectile speed but it won't effect the rock.

yea that wont work, scenary is just meant to stay put shall we say

Just change the model of the rocket to the model of the rock.
