Why won't EvoX load on my Xbox?

I have my modchip, I flashed it M7 Bios, and i put in the EvoX boot disk with the three required files in it (they are in my .iso). I'm still getting a "dirty disk" error. Yes, I'm using a CD-RW. HELP!

hmmm did your flash turn out ok... Did you burn correctly... Are your dip switch settings correct...
