Import group of OBJ from NTSC to PAL

hi
have made 1 new map, is for PAL ITA. when create the PPF for conversion to NTSC the PPF is very large 57MB (25MB zip)..
is possible import with HXE o HTM or..(?) only the new structure from PAL map to NTSC?
