Aladdin Live chip

I got a mod chip at a site and they only sold 1 part of the aladdin-live mod chip( When i bought it i didnt no there were 2 parts 
) The part i dont have is the 1 where u can dl mods on the internet (like on this site). But i dont no wut the part i have can do.
If any1 no's wut i can do w/ the part i have please tell me
And if any1 no's where i can get the other chip seperate please post a link
