Injecting and extracting sounds?

I am working on an elite mod, and wanted to have the elite death sounds. So I used HHTv3 to extract the elite sounds:

deathquiet

deathviolent

I then injected them and the raw data over MC's sounds:

deathquiet

deathviolent

When I played the level, the game froze when I shot at the elite! Can anybody tell me how I can inject sounds? What program?

Use xinject :D Remember, inject it over something with more raw data.

when I used xinject to inject the sounds, the game froze when I zoomed in with the rocket launcher. heres what you do:

open up a campaign map in hmtv3.5
go down to sound/ elite death quiet or whatever
choose a track to save
highlight it and click SAVE TRACK
