Halo with ingame ftp server and picture taker

Would it be possible to edit halo's defualt.xbe so that halo has a ingame ftp server and picture taker (like the one from Dead or Alive Xtreme beach volleyball mod (when u click some button it takes a pic and saves it to a certain location))?
...It would make bulk testing mods and taking pics of them A LOT easier
