New levels in halo, Why not ?

I know this proable been talked about be for, but times are change and new things can be done in halo, So why carn't we make new levels for halo yet.

Making new maps for Halo is like trying to make the same kind of cookie as someone else without a recipe. You have to get it exactly right, or Halo won't "eat" your cookie. Until someone figures out the "recipe", new maps won't be happening.

maybe by editing the bsp's well be able to edit the terrain

I think we will be able to change the terain soon just look how far sparked.
