Whats HXE

I just downloaded HMK and i don't know what have the stuff on there is but i was really interested in HXE. How do you use it and what is its purpose?
Some people ask me why i'm obbsessed with halo. I say why not?

HXE is another Halo hacking tool. It can inject meta and create new tags using blank space. Quite helpful sometimes.
