New to halo moding, anybody willing to help

Hey guys, Im about ready to mod my xbox. im waiting for the chip to get here, but in the mean time I was wondering how you add halo mods? I know ive seen how you create them but how do you add other peoples that they have made. I know you need halo cache editor or somthing. Do you just replace it with stuff that is already in the game...as you can see im a noob when modding halo is consurned.

ok what yu do if you downladed a whole map you have to connect to your x box and just transfer that map into cache003 cache004 or cache005 in the x, y or z folders(whichever one those are in).

if you are just going to add a single mod you can use ppf o matic which can be downloaded at files.halomods.com then just overwirute the map the same way as obove

Just a question;

If one person has a certain map downloaded (on xbox) but the other doesn't, does it auto download when they try to enter a game (like in cs)? Or do you just get some strange error?
I doubt it auto downloads, but i just wanna double check

Or is this all for split screen only?

(i'm also new to xbox modding)

I dont even have a mod chip yet =( but going to get one soon =)

everybody on the system link has to have the same mod
