x box quit working

My x box quit working while I was playing NBA Ballers. I have no clue why. When I turn on the x box it says service required, and tells me to call customer service or something and it has a 7 on the upper left hand corner. I know this has nothin to do with halo, but can someone help me.

check out xbox-scene.com
there is a list of errors somewhere on that site that will explain wat the 7 means.
Search around there and if u need to, post their forums

Figuring out how to fix it im sure is somewhere on that site. Id help, but i have no idea wat to do, sry.

Thanks but I just exchanged the x box for a new one because I just got it about a week ago.
