Making any one get on the same vehicle?

Well i was wondering if it would be possible to make any person get on the warthog with you, example, lets say the one of the red's team player is driving the car a guy from a blue team could get on 2 is it possible?

Well I hope i get replies soon because i know this shoudnt be hard at all. I think
