nighttime on ntsc sidewinder help

Does anybody know how to darken sidewinder? not like pitch black just to the level on truth and reconcilliation or 343 guilty spark.
Have added nightsky and stuff just need help with the last bit.
This would finish my Assassin version 2 mod off sweetly.

To darken the textures up more, use the program photoshop which u have to buy or download it somewhere. When u get it, extract the bitmap picture of the map and open that in photoshop.
