Linking two halo map packs

I have installed 2 map packs using HMPi: the NMP2 + CXE pack and the conversion pack. As a result, I have all 3 extra folders and 3 extra .xbe files. I installed the NMP2 + CXE pack first and the conversion pack second. When I run halo, it appears as only the NMP2 + CXE pack is installed. Is there a way to link the 2 map packs? In other words, how do I link the conversion pack to run from a link on the CXE main menu and have halo retail run from a link on the conversion pack? Thanks for your help!
